FastDubs wants to promote a family site containing a clean, healthy, respectful atmosphere where people are not afraid to ask questions, participate in this community and generally have a good time discussing the things we love most - Volkswagens.


General Forum Conduct
·No discussion of street racing or other illegal activities.
·No SHOUTING. Don't use all caps when posting. It is difficult to read and annoying.
·Try to post to the forum that is most appropriate for the topic being presented.
·No cross-posting – this site is small enough were we’ll all see your post.
·No flaming of other members to incite or perpetuate a conflict or argument. ANY personal attacks or name calling will get you banned.
·No post-whoring, flagrant irrelevant threads or posts.
·No profanity in subject lines or signatures.
·No spamming or commercial solicitation of any kind without the express consent of the site administrator.
·No linking or posting of pornographic or objectionable material.
·Do not impersonate other individuals or falsely represent yourself.
·Respect the privacy of other members and individuals. Do not post personal information about them (i.e. addresses, phone numbers, etc.)
·No buying, selling, or trading anywhere outside of the Classified Forum.

Classified Usage
·The rights to post a classified ad is reserved for users who intend to make a positive contribution to the FastDubs community, please do not post ads in the classified forums until you've posted at least 10 times elsewhere on the site.
·No spamming or commercial solicitation of any kind without the express consent of the site administrator.
·Please put ‘FS:’ at the beginning of all for sale threads, ‘FT:’ on all for trade threads and ‘WTB:’ for all want to buy threads.

Moderator Standards
·Moderators agree to be courteous and conscious of the fact that they are projecting the image of the club when acting in an official capacity online.

Advertising
·All advertising requests should be forwarded to webmaster@fastdubs.org.

Penalties for Infractions
·1st offense will be PM warning and appropriate action to post/thread based on content.
·2nd offense will be automatic deletion of post/thread.
·3rd offense will result in a ban for 5 days.

General Lawyer Yada Yada
FastDub moderators and administrators will do their best to review forum messages for those that are in violation of the rules presented above. Any messages found to be in violation maybe deleted without warning or explanation. FastDubs also reserves the right to ban any user, at any time, and for any reason.
There are going to be topics and discussions that will have heated debates. Please think before you post and re-read what you type before you post it. Keep your comments limited to the debate at hand and not make this a personal issue between you and another reader.
