V8 Volvo

I saw the strangest thing tonight. As the Colgate students and their parents are invading Hamilton once again you get to see a lot of really nice high end cars. Like the brand new silver S4 I saw in front of the Colgate Inn. However, one car tonight really surprised me. It was either a Volvo 740 or 760 wagon with low profile tires and it said "5.7L" on the tailgate. I had heard years ago the Paul Newman had put a Ford V8 in his 240 wagon but it looks like others are doing this as well. Zoom, zoom.

Nice. I believe that the newer Volvo SUV's have a V8 option I guess this must have carried down to their upper end cars

i've seen a few pictures of old wagons and stuff with 5.0 mustang motors in them. apparently the swap isn't too hard.

Wow, I love how stock it looks. That thing must be a nasty sleeper
