Where do you guy's get your non-vw related parts from?
I need to get some things for Cate's car,
96 honda civic:
- downstream o2 sensor
- Air bag control module
I was checking out car-part.com, but honestly, I have little time to search for the 'best' site so was hoping you could throw me a few links that you may have used in the past.

edit:
Found this on Advance's site
o2 sensor (boch 4 wire universal replacement)
http://www.partsamerica.com/ProductDetail.aspx?mfrcode=BOS&mfrpartnumber=15733&parttype=291&ptset=A
anyone ever use them?
I also found this site carpartswholesale.com
http://www.carpartswholesale.com/store/index.php?catalog=auto+body&cat=96&cylinder=4&liter=1.6&year=1996&make=Honda&model=CIVIC
*shrug* I dont' care where I get the stuff, just was looking for fairly cheapish

try stopshopanddrive.com (http://www.stopshopanddrive.com/epcvsoapimc.epc?cookieID=1UE0JAOH51UE0JAOJP&drillid=6&modeldesc=800312@@Civic+1600+1996+%2D+2000&clientid=stopshopanddrive.com)
Dave got me hooked w/ them b/c prices are almost always the lowest, no shipping on orders over $50, and about 1 or 2 days delivery time! worth a shot!
Edit: try $68 for a O2 sensor! (http://www.stopshopanddrive.com/epcksoap.epc?action=Search&cookieID=1UE0JAOH51UE0JE2VT&drillid=7&subcatid=801740@@Oxygen+Sensor&clientid=stopshopanddrive.com)

werd.
It's weird, tho... most stuff they carry is way cheaper than most, but occassionally you find that random part that is double the price everywhere else you look!
Moral: Shop around for everything!
You reminded me I gotta do brakes on the truck and Marie's car... DOH!!

hah I know, but I was in need of parts again, and instead of make a new thread I dug this one up.
Yah kyle, I shopped around before I went with them, they were cheapest all around for the parts.
