tranny mount question

we installed my engine and 02a...but the tranny mount looks wierd like it is too low and missing something....there is just the rubber part and a flat metal disk on top of that...is there something missing?????

looks like you are missing the bracket that goes from the diff housing to the tranny mount, pretty sure there is more than just that arm.
