I have no idea, it totally random. When I checked the other day it had gone off line so this is the first since then. You just have to keep checking back, thats what they want you to do:) .

check the site now, the web cam wouldn't come up but you can click on 'the fares' and see one of the recordings.

I can't believe this guy is still going, I was watching at 7:00 and he is still driving now. Its not as funny as I thought it would be though.

I actually saw the car when I was in the City recently, but I didn't realize it was a whole ad campaign until I saw the post here and on the 'tex.
