stretched tire mounting

Hey guys.
Looking to have some tires mounted that are gonna have a little stretch to them and not sure where local to get them mounted. They are 185/45-15's on an 8 and 195/45-15's on a 9. Is there anywhere local that won't have trouble getting this done?
