I have a friend that's a machinist. Does CNC quality work without a CNC:)

If you are planning on using a CNC, who is drawing up the part?

Joe Ciarlei is a local SCCA member, and does work for places like Pennon Composites in Jamesville. He does low-volume race car parts, and can easily do what you need. He's a car guy too. Does excellent work, and does it fast.

He's done a bunch of work for me, and I highly recommend him. He can also do the CAD work to draw up the part if you need that too.

Prolly the only way to spool up that turbo on a 4 cylinder

When I did the downpipe on my tdi I took a piece of 1/4" steel plate and cut out the flange with a sawzall, cut off wheel and grinder. :icon_tup:

i was so close to doing that then i found a place in oswego that would let me do it for just the cost of the steal plate 20 bucks but thanks! how is the diesel now? and no not block off the exaust but to block off the waste gate so i can run an extenal wastegate am still going to have a hole in the plate for the exaust.
