I'm sure this is old news to Stu, but I'm posting this here for Steven and other MKIV 1.8T folks who are into this type of thing and may not know about it as this was just announced a few days ago.

The WOT BOX offers no lift shifting and 2 step launch control for MKIV 1.8Ts and I understand it is also works on MKV 2.0T cars as well for $189.

Here is the VWVortex Thread with info on this: http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=3979857

Oh, and for Ryan @ the DubSpot with Slovans GTI... (not sure what he posts here under if at all), but here is the 034 engine cover I told him about last night (its stainless and you can get it powdercoated too)... IMHOP this would be nicer than your typical Carbon fiber 1.8T engine cover and its only $30 or $40.

Then one can complete a nice look with a wrinkle powder coated valve cover (which 034 also sells):

Dang stu. Rich they actually posted this in the 2.5 forum, they have installed it on the mk5 2.0t chassis. A 2.5 owner purchased it, not sure if he installed it. If I were to turbo the rabbit I'd for sure get it.

I remember you could have the feature on SRT-4's and it works great.

Hmmm, might have to add this to the winter project list, unless someone has some awesome sodering skillz? Then I might find some funds to purchase this:laugh:
