Even with the idle adjuster fully open? It needs throttle to get it started too. . Timing is dead on, Factory chipped, G60 injectors, ISV plumbed correct. .Once it seems to idle fine without help from my foot, i let it idle for about 10 mins, after a while it gets real rough and stalls out. 3 tries at plugs, took the air filter off to see if it that would help and no change. Vac when it idles for its short time sits at 16-18lbs. I really dont know whats going on, any help is appreciated:confused:

is that negative 16-18 if not you have a vacume leak...

fuel pressure? are you sure your getting the correct amount...

double check that the plug wires are right easy mistake I have made....

what program are you running?

yea its negative. . Im sure im gettin enough fuel, car hasnt even seen boost yet and it keeps turnin my plugs black. Plus wires are correct. . It almost seems like its an air problem. I've swapped out ISVs and still no change. Software is factory for now until i can get cash for the OBD1 C2 setup.

will it rev up at all?

and does the vacume ever get to zero?

factory chip on 24lbs injectors = way too rich.

hows your throttle cable? On my VR6 I had to adjust it a but to get it to hold an idle after I went turbo.

it will rev up, and build boost, i actually drove it home from the shop. Just at every red light/stop sign id have to keep my foot on the throttle. .

What should i try for fuel without money for software just yet? I have a RRFPR i could use, also a factory 4bar and a factory 3bar, and my stock injectors. .

if it comes down to it im just gonna bypass the turbo for now and put the stock intake back on, and the injectors back in til i can get C2s obd1 kit. But wont 42# be too much for a T25? I kinda dont understand how it works.

are you still running the 4bar? i would try stock injectors and 3bar untill you decide what your gonna do for management.

C2 makes great chips :icon_tup:

right now im runnin the 3bar and G60's. Will stock everything give me enough fuel for low boost?

sounds like your throttle body is not open enough at idle... if there is an idle adjust screw it should solve the issue with idling if you open the valve more... or adjust the cable a tad tight sometimes works

yes it should be fine up to about 6psi without going lean.... you have a air fuel monitor of some sort I hope????????

you are going to be super rich out of boost without some management.... your best bet is going to be open up the t.b. and let your revs stay around 1200..1300 and it will help keep from fouling out the plugs too... I ran into sim issues till I got my bugs worked out...

you may want to put a Vr6 MAF housing on to lean it out a bit, but good software or tuning is the most important part of the equation, you will run like crap until then. I wouldn't bypass the turbo unless you have the wastgate held fully open, otherwise you will overspin it. even then.

a rising rate FPR may work better with stock injectors and software, but the timing will still be to advanced on the software under boost, and it will drive pretty ****ty at part throttle.

with the 42lb set up it means it will support up to that much fueling, so you can dial it back and it will be fine at lower boost levels and you can take it that far in the future. is it overkill?, maybe a little for your application, but its better to have plenty of overhead room to grow than be pushing the limit and running injectors static.
