NAY! Thats not new its a rebuild, look at the red marks (wax seals). Those are not factory marks. I could do that with a red candle. Look at the last big pic, the RED wax is missing from the NUT on the upper left. Or it was a mistake. Rebuild.

and the ko4 for an audi/passat is a ko4-15, the exhaust exit is way different.

nay---knock off crap---how ever the ko4-023 (an audi tt turbo) does have an exhaust side port, and you will need an up pipe to connect to the down pipe......i have a audi ko4-023 on my jetta......

First let me apologize in advance for my bad habbit of hoarding parts. Financially, it is going t be awhile before the KO4-023 goes on the car. Biz is slow and I just spent around $4k having eves added to my roof on the house. :frown: (Plus the house needs the driveway to be sealed, insulation added to the attic, a new front door plus some continued remodling work done upstairs)

To put the KO4_02x on the car is not that hard from what I understand....

- You need a TT225 exhusast mani
- some type of downpipe adapter/pipe to mate up the turbo to the 180hp style1.8T downpipe (EIP has these though they want like $300 for them!)
- TT225 injectors
- TT225 oil/cooling lines for the turbo
- Outlet pipe/hose to connect to the stock 1.8T upper hard pipe to the outlet of the turbo cold side.
- TT225 style turbo inlet pipe
- TT225 Airbox/maf
- Software (GIAC has this and I can upgrade my X+ chip to the TT225 program)

I think that's it. I already have a upgraded SMIC on the car. I am also thinking about doing water/meth injection with it to 9Not really to push the tune, but give the GIAC chip some greater overhead/margin aginst detonation).

I found a good deal last year on a KO4-022 and a audi TT exhuast mani, so I bought it. Just bding my time until I can pick up other items to complete it.

i'v have a set of bosch 380cc injectors brand new ( bought them with a k04-002 that i never used) i currently have the same injector in my jetta they came with the pro-imports kit.......i think i paid some thing like $40 per
