IIRC vwremglx has them on his SC MKIII . . . .

Just ordered a set and they should be coming in soon.

Was wondering how they have held up over time . . . do they soften up and wear out quickly, or is it something that will last me at least 50k if not more.

Basically, I'm debating whether or not I should put them on sooner rather than waiting until the summer.

The urethane in the tranny mount split. :( I think I got a defective one as that just should not happen. I'll be taking it off and sending it to VF in the spring when there is room in my garage.

Front mount is fine. Rear mount is just a turn2 I'll prob upgrade that this summer.

I had their rear mount on my Mk4. I was the second owner and when I had problems with it (they changed the stiffness of the urethane and a bad trans mount meant broken rear mount bolts and mangled urethane) they gave me parts for free (free shipping even).

I loved mine, had I had the Mk4 when the side mounts were finally released I'd have those too.
