As some of you know, I've been debating wheels lately.
Here are some of the choices in mind (in no order, all 4x100)
15x7(?) BBS Pininfarina's (not Brent's)
15x7 Konig Rewinds (no centercaps) http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=2997174
16x6.5 MG Rover wheels (only $289, might be able to get a deal with spacers)
Rovers:

There was also a set of Borbet Type e's that I was looking at, but since they aren't made anymore, people are tending to want a lot of cash for them, even if they are beat.

I'd go with:
16x6.5 MG Rover wheels (only $289, might be able to get a deal with spacers)
I think they look great and you cant beat that price.
Also - I will have almost brand new tires for sale shortly, im going with something smaller on my new wheels and I know you like OEM size. I believe they are Falken's, I'll double check next time i'm at the garage if you are interested.

Maybe I should buy those and then sell them for 800, b/c that seems like good logic to me. I finally shut he up on my pm's on vortex too.
Looks like the general train of thought here is on the rover's. GAP has them too, but ECS is cheaper overall, and has no sales tax.
And Pete, were those the wheels that came on your bugatti's when you got the Jetta? Would be interested on the size of them too.

Hey Pete, I'm interested in the tires, could you check them out for me? I Don't want them to be too big though, so I can try to stay looking somewhat low (insert 4x4 joke here).
