Interesting! Looks exactly like the shock tower brace I have in my GTI.

It looks exactly like the old Turn2 quick release rear stress bar! I really wanted one of those for the longest time. I'm happy with my Eurosport now, tho.
Do it, Jay! That's hawt!

The Turn2 one is what I have in my GTI.
Jay, I agree with Kyle... Its a neat peice and should certainly tighten/stiffen up the large rear hatch area in the Raddo. Do it!

IIRC that's about the same price as the Turn2 several years ago. It is a good price! *nudge*

I wish someone other than Neuspeed would sell a triangulated rear bar......

Why? It's just a bunch of steel bars welded together and painted. I've never heard of anyone complain about the mounting hardware... so what's the issue? Price? Just curious...

To bad something like the Thomas Sport Tuning Stressbrace that I have in the GTI is not available for MK2/MK3s (Golfs/GTIs and Raddos). I would think there would be a market for something like this.

They've got the only one on the market which means they can charge an arm and a leg for it....which they do at 299.95. Not to mention used ones typically sell for ~175.
Its not that much different than a standard rear tie bar to justify the extra 200 dollar price tag. Now if it were that Thomas Sport Tuning solid metal setup that'd be different. I'd pay 300 for that.
Neuspeed's triangulated bar:

werd. I totally agree. It is an outrageous price for what it is.

WOW, thats bad-a$$... and I agree, their probably would be a HUGE market for those for MKII/MKIII/RADO's
I am getting one ASAP, I need to mount a 10.5" hatch monitor I got last season, so I'll kill two birds W/one stone...
plus, it goes W/two of my themes... polished and BBM

I'm not sure you want to mount anything to that bar, Jay. It will 'twist' in the heims a little. a strut cap bar might be better if you want to mount something to it. Maybe I'm just not following what you are trying to do, though...

kinda hard to explain, but I'll be able to mount something to that... NO holes being drilled, don't worry... sides, that would only weakin it
